Single arm oh lunges: got 65# and in a very short time went for 70# got 7 on weak arm i should rest a little longer..:)
Wod: team of 4@40# db’s for thruster and 80# db’ s for farmer carry. We got 2+43 i believe…not 100% sure about the 43!!!
