Tabata-20/10 means 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

This requires ALL OUT EFFORT.

You will be asked to go to that place no one likes. That dark place.

The longer you stay there the greater your rewards will be.

Pushups

Squats

Situps

Burpees
