weekend reset

Don’t want to do anything too crazy?

Have you been sitting too much?

Need to get out of a funk?

Try this out!

5 minutes full body flow

5 minutes cat/cow

90/90 2:30 each side/direction
Then 1:30 knee lifts/foot lifts

90/90 rotations 5:00

5 minutes frog stretch

5 minutes couch stretch each leg

5 minutes cobra stretch

5 minutes with legs up wall and butt and back on floor and wall

This is a 52 minute workout and will take about an hour with transitions and breaks!

You should feel loose and mobile at the end of this!
