Deadlifts/snatches (fast and moderate weights!)

Rx 16 reps (225/155- 50/35)
L1 14 reps (same weight)
L2 12 reps (185/135 -40/30)
L3 10 reps (135/95 – 35/25)
L4 8 reps (95/65 – 30/20)

Remember the goal is to be successful but uncomfortable!!!
