Black lives matter, too.
Supporting racial justice does not mean you wish harm on other lives. It doesn’t make you anti-police, anti-white, right or left.
Tomorrow, we will do what we do best: a workout. It is our small way of showing unity and support for our black family members, friends, and colleagues. It won’t bring people back but I hope it will bring others together.
Tomorrow we will honor the memory of George Floyd and the many other victims of systemic racism, brutality, and oppression.
We will donate $8.46 to the ACLU for each person who does this workout tomorrow and tags us in a photo or video.
The donation amount represents the amount of time George Floyd spent on the ground with a knee on his neck, ultimately killing him, as he uttered, “I can’t breathe.”
You do not need CrossFit experience to participate in this workout. Should you need scaling options, please message us and we will help you.
