I feel like Fridays have become a cover your ass kind of day for people. They will do that workout more than any of the others.

Maybe because it’s “hard enough”.

Maybe it’s a lack of motivation during the week.

Maybe both.

Maybe other things.

The more days we go without filling our cups the more withdrawals we are making. Don’t over draw that health account!

Today make the deposit and CYA

Cover as much distance as possible using one form of cardio.
Every 5 minutes stop and perform
2 RDS of
5 push ups
10 squats
