7 moose antlers each side

Technique review
Sdhp and
Sit-up 10 minutes

Workout
Every 4 minutes for 32 minutes

Perform
10 sdhp L
10 v ups/tuck ups/sit-ups
10 sdhp R
Burpees

Rx 15 burpees
L1 13
L2 11
L3 9
L4 7

If the athlete has a barbell they will do 10 barbell sdhp each time
