Warm up
5 minutes of cat/cow

Then
3 rds
10 moose antlers each side
10 Cossack squats each side
10 tiger sit downs each side

Workout
5 rds for time
20 banded front squats (holding db in front rack with two hands and band is around db and both feet)
40 sit ups
600m run/row (1200m bike)
Cap is 24 minutes

Post WOD
Prone cobra stretch
5 minutes
