20 walking hip flexor
20 walking hamstring

Then
3 minutes of swimmers

Turnt up Tuesday
Emotm 36

Minute 1
25 seconds of air squats

Minute 2
Max ub push ups (no pauses at any time, if you pause you are done) max time is 30 seconds of work

Minute 3
25 seconds v up/tuck up/sit up

Minute 4
Max ub alt high knees (no pauses at any time, if you pause you are done) max time is 30 seconds of work
