Quarter Deck Athletics, home of CrossFit QDA, is the only gym in downtown Buffalo, N.Y., offering fitness, chiropractic, and nutrition services for all ages and abilities. If you’re new to CrossFit or just want to check out what QDA has to offer, here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Schedule a complimentary introductory session.
This is designed to help you understand what we do and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to our style of workouts. You will gain instruction in some of the basic movements and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual. This session typically lasts 30 minutes depending on your experience and availability. Following this, you will have the opportunity to set up two more one-on-one introductory sessions with an experienced trainer.
Step 2: Schedule the rest of your one-on-ones.
These are for all people new to this style of working out, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These 30-minute sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes. They will be scheduled with one of our trainers at a time that works best for both parties. Once completed, your first month is on us! At this time, you are welcome to join any of our group classes.
