Do you feel like a group class isn’t enough attention or not quite what you’re looking for?  Personal training at Quarter Deck Athletics-CrossFit QDA would be a perfect fit for you.

At QDA, we take the same scientifically backed approach to our group training but apply it specifically to you in a one-on-one setting. These workouts are fully customized to your needs, desires and abilities.

Individual Training:

  • $90/hour
  • $60/30 minutes
  • $750/10 sessions

Not ready for one-on-one? Maybe you want it to just be you and some friends? Quarter Deck Athletics also offers small group training for up to four athletes.

Group Training:

  • $120/hour
  • $1,000/10 sessions

At QDA, we have also worked with sports teams from age-group swimmers to post-collegiate rugby players to supplement their sport-specific skills, enhance their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses, allowing them to become better athletes.

Team Training:

  • Available upon request. Prices vary.
