We are two days early of the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall riots in New York City. We will be repeating the workout we performed last year on June 28, 2019. It is a perfect FYF workout!

This event is what became known as Pride today. There were many tremendous people who stood up for themselves and their beliefs during this riot. Many arrests were made in the police raid that lead to the riot. Basically the mafia was extorting money from it’s LBGTQIA community to keep their “orientation” quiet, especially those who worked in the financial sector. The police weren’tt getting any of the kickbacks that they felt they deserved. This lead to this specific raid where people finally took a stand. Today we honor them, their courage, and their actions.

We originally did this with a barbell and a KB but if all you have is one dB or kB then go at it!!! It’s a nice little cardio sandwich so do not be afraid of going a touch heavy on the “inside” movements!
