All aspects are performed solo, with support from your entire team!

This will be very straightforward and fun!

The goal of the challenge is to complete it, as a team. Teammates along with their team leader will be responsible to abs for everyone on the team.

Your level of fitness does not matter. Your consistency does!

The challenge will officially start on Monday!

Warm up
Hero pose

Then
Foot drills
75-100 feet of each
Forward on heels
Backward on toes
Toes facing out flat feet
Toes facing in flat feet
Walking on outside edges of feet
Walking on inside edges of feet

Then
2 rds
10 lunge and reach
5 four part squats
50 shoulder taps

Workout

Get your motor running

Run 500m
10 push ups
Run 400m
20 push ups
Run 300m
30 push ups
Run 200m
40 push ups
Run 100m
50 push ups

Cap is 16

Push up scales
-hand release on ground
-push ups on a stair/box/table
-push ups against wall

Running subs
Jog in place (1:50/1:30/1:10/0:50/0:35)
Jump rope (double unders 120/100/80/60/40)
Burpees (20/15/10/7/5)
